Councillor David J. Bourne was first elected to the City Council for Wednesfield North ward in 2003 but lost his seat the following year. He regained his Wednesfield North seat in 2006.
He has served on the licensing panel and is now shadow Chairman for the Audit Committee. He also sits on the Adults and Community Panel. David takes a special interest in Housing and Education, serving has a Governor on St Bartholomew’s C of E Primary school and Coppice Performing Arts High School.
He is a Deputy Chairman of the City of Wolverhampton Conservative Association.
